The Passion to Profit Youth Development Program combines the vision and elements of self-discovery with career immersion and entrepreneur development to provide middle and high school-aged youth with a comprehensive, transformative experience.

This program aims to inspire a future-oriented mindset in youth by showcasing possibilities for success, fostering belief in their potential, and cultivating entrepreneurial and professional skills. By connecting participants with role models, mentors, and immersive experiences, the program replaces hopelessness with hope and ambition, guiding youth toward a thriving future.

About the Program

Our Passion to Profit: Youth Entrepreneur Workshop goes two steps further in our holistic programming foundations where youth will learn first about themselves and their personalities and then how to identify and work with a team.  Then youth entrepreneurs will engage in learning how to turn an idea into a well devised, researched and planned presentation so that others not only see their vision, but are motivated to support and invest in it.  

Through this innovative program, DEEP Impact is shaping the next generation of leaders and urban entrepreneurs, equipping them to turn passion into profit and create lasting impact.
